The rookie calf crop has more than exceeded expectations with high sellers at several different marketing venues during the fall of 2021. Daughters have sold for $50,000, $40,000, $40,000, $35,000, $27,000, and countless others from $10,000 to $20,000. The first set of SO Remedy 7F sons were an absolute hit in the 2022 Hartman Cattle Company Bull Sale where 18 sons averaged north of $20,000 with standouts commanding $120,000, $42,500, $32,500, $25,000 and several more from $12,000 to $20,000. 4/B Dynamo commanded $120,000 selling to M&E Cattle Company and Herbster Angus Farm!
SO Remedy 7F is the sire of all three members of the 2022 Cattlemen’s Congress Grand Champion Purebred Pen of Three. Remedy also sired the Division I Champion and Reserve Champion Purebred Heifer for Morgan Jackson and Kelton Arthur. Morgan Jackson’s Remedy sired heifer went on to Denver to be selected as the 2022 NWSS Grand Champion Purebred Simmental in the Junior Show and Reserve Grand Champion in the Open Show. She continued her winning ways in Texas where she was selected as a champion in Fort Worth and Houston. At the 2022 AJSA National Classic in Madison, Wisconsin LKCC Miss Crysteel’s Remedy 44J was first selected as a Division Champion before finishing as the 3rd Overall Owned Purebred Heifer. There is no doubt that she is one of the most decorated heifers to be shown during the 2021-2022 show season!
